About Our Pillow

All pillows have a seamless zippered cover and a feather down insert that is included in all pricing. We do not sell the pillow cover seperately at this moment.

Inserts

All our pillows are made using our Premium Inserts. The inserts are made with a 100% cotton down proof cover to ensure our feathers don't poke through the pillows and retain our high fill volume. Our feathers are 100% all-natural wild feathers that offer a better loft or "fluffiness" compared to farmed waterfowl. In our efforts to maintain ethical and sustainable sourcing, LAM feathers are Responsible Down Standard (RDS) certified and cruelty free. As a company, we can track our feathers to the original farms they come from to ensure the down and feathers used in our pillows are sourced responsibly.

Spot Clean Only

To maintain the quality of your pillow, we recommend only spot cleaning your pillow when necessary.

Cruelty-free Feathers

All our feather is certified by the Responsible Down Standard. This means they are ethically sourced, cruelty-free, and traceable back to the original farm the come from.

All-Natural Wild Down Insert

Each pillow comes with a premium feather down insert included in all pricing. We do not sell the inserts seperately at the moment.

Seamless Zipper

Each pillow has a build in seamless zipper.

Return Policy

We hope you love your selections as much as we loved showcasing them. If you are not completed satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer you a refund for most of our merchandise within 14 days from receipt of product.

Design Shop Returns

We are only able to accept any physical merchandise returns at our Kirby Store in Houston, Texas at this time. Please call 713-523-1558 for assistance with phyiscal return to our Kirby Store.

Return Shipping Fees

All FedEx or UPS (parcel) item returns will be subject to a $15 return shipping fee per shipping label.

All return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Additional Details

Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less applicable return shipping fees. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for processing after items are received at our facility. Timing of refund may depend on the policies of your financial institution and method of payments.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Taxes charged are refunded in accordance with state and local laws.

Unused gifted merchandise can only be returned by the recipient for LAM credit.

Customer are responsible for retaining original packaging or supplying their own equivalent packaging for return.

Items received with postage due will be returned to sender.

Do we charge sales tax?

No sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped outside of Texas. We are required to collect an 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipping within Texas.

Do you offer a trade discount to interiors designers?

Yes, registered interior designers, architects, and home builders are eligible for trade discounts at our local store in Houston, Texas. Please contact your local store for more details.
